Shipping and Returns

Shipment & Processing Time

All Momo’s Chic Shop orders are processed for shipping within 2 business days. Orders processed via the Pets and Parents Marketplace vary based on the individual seller’s specified time frames. 


Shipping and returns information specific to the Pets and Parents Marketplace orders, is available via the Pets and Parents Marketplace product page for that specific seller. 

 

Once an order is processed for shipping you will receive a tracking number, please be advised that it can take up to 48 business hours for a shipping carrier to update the tracking information. Primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx.  

 

In most cases an order is delivered within 3-10 business days of being picked up by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates in the shopping cart when placing your order are provided by the shipping carriers. Neither Momo’s Chic Shop or Pets and Parents Marketplace sellers are responsible for the order once the package has been picked up by the carrier. 

 

Damages

Momo’s Chic Shop and Pets and Parents Marketplace sellers are not liable for any products delayed, damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team via email at support@momoschicshop.com for assistance with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. 

 

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods. Photos of the damaged packaging and products are often needed when filing a claim with the shipping carrier. 

 
Returns Policy

Momo’s Chic Shop attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Momo’s Chic Shop does not warrant that product descriptions, depictions, colors, dimensions, ingredient lists or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

 

Momo's Chic Shop is a small, privately owned business. We do not mass produce or sell our products in large quantities. 

 

At this time, Momo's Chic Shop accepts returns on manufacturer's defects only.  A return request must be received within 7 days of delivery.  Please send an email to support@momoschicshop.com to request a return authorization.  Please be advised that if the return is not authorized prior to returning the product, the original or return shipping is not refunded.


A variety of our products are handmade and/or custom one of a kind products. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on handmade and custom products.  If there is a problem with your order or product, please email support@momoschicshop.com and we will make every effort to assist you further and resolve the issue.
